In the book of Numbers, the children of Israel were commanded to blow the trumpet on many occasions, including the time of the appointed feasts and the beginnings of months. In our Christian life we also need new beginnings. If we have light from God, we will see that He affords us a new beginning daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
